Once you have a promotion you would like to use, simply apply the code provided on our homepage at the final step of checkout and you will see the discount deduct automatically from your cart total. These promotions are offered daily, so please continue to check back with us often for any new offers.

Please note: You can only utilize one promotion per order. For some of our site promotions, certain brands or merchandise (based on availability or other factors) may be excluded. If your item is excluded from one of our promotions, you will not see a discount for this item at checkout. If your item is returned or cancelled, you will not be refunded the amount of the coupon code used.

Competitions
From time to time, Evertondirect at evertondirect.com will run competitions to win prizes such as match tickets, signed merchandise, and many more. The below terms and conditions will apply to all such competitions.

  • Competitions are open to anyone aged 18 years or over except employees and families of Everton FC or Fanatics (International) Limited, their respective agents and anyone else professionally connected with such competition. If you are younger than 18, you should obtain permission from your parents or guardian before entering the competition.
  • Only one entry may be recorded per person. The winner will be randomly drawn from the qualifying competition entrants.
  • The winners will be informed after midday (GMT) on the closing date of the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm acceptance of the prize or cannot make use of the prize for any reason, the Promoters reserve the rights to select an alternative winner.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no discussion or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.
  • The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be given. Where a prize is won by a person younger than 18, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the prize winner’s parent or guardian on behalf of the prize winner.
  • The winner agrees not to sell, offer to sell or use the prize for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the prize on an internet auction site).
  • By entering you agree that if you are chosen as a prize winner, you will allow the Promoter to use your name, photograph, video, voice recording and general location for their publicity and news purposes during this and any future promotions or advertising.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to update, or otherwise change the terms and conditions at any time, from time to time, or terminate the competition at any time, and without notice to you. The Promoter will not award the prize if the competition is terminated.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by the law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership and/or use of the prize.
  • The Promoter will use the information which you provide or which we obtain from our dealings with you, to administer the competition. We may also use it to tell you about our products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships.
  • Acceptance of the rules is a condition of entry and the entry instructions form part of the rules.
  • If any of these terms and conditions are found by a competent court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

Win a pair of tickets to two Everton home matches (“Promotion”)

1. Prize : There is one (1) prize of a pair (per match) of general admission tickets to Everton Football Club’s: (a) final Premier League home match of the 2024-25 season (versus Southampton) at Goodison Park (Goodison Rd, Liverpool, L4 4EL); and (b) first home match at Everton Stadium (Bramley-Moore Dock, Liverpool, L3 0AR) (“Prize”). The Prize is supplied by the Promoter.

2. Dates : The competition commences at 00.00 hours (BST) on 5 September 2024 and ends at 11.59pm (BST) on 26 September 2024 (“Closing Date”).

3. How to enter : Entrants will visit site: www.evertondirect.evertonfc.com and be automatically entered into the draw having placed an order for an Everton 2024-25 Home, Away, or Third Shirt (“Qualifying Purchase”).

4. Selecting winner : The winner will be randomly selected in order from all valid entries within 48 hours of the Closing Date.

5. Notification : The winner of the competition will be contacted in writing within three (3) days of the winner’s draw by the Promoter to confirm they have won. The winner will be required to reply to that email within three (3) days of transmission confirming the acceptance of the Prize. Failure to meet this timescale will result in the Prize being forfeited and another winner drawn.

6. Entrant limits : The competition is open to anyone aged 18 years or over, who are residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), except directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, members of the immediate families or households of the aforementioned, of the Promoter, the Promoter’s group of companies, or any other person or entity connected with this Promotion, including but not limited to Everton Football Club. Entrants must have internet access, mobile phone number and email address. Entrants confirm that all information submitted by them in respect of this prize draw is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.

7. The Prize is provided as is and is non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered, and the Prize winner must accept the Prize in the form offered. The winner agrees not to sell, offer to sell or use the Prize for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the Prize on an internet auction site). If the Promoter is unable to award the Prize as stated for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the Prize for another prize of reasonable equivalent value.

8. Claiming the Prize : The winner must claim each pair of match tickets on the respective match day at the appropriate stadium’s ticket office. Further details of collection will be communicated to the winner by the Promoter.

9. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, hardware or software failure of any kind, mistypes or any other reason; or proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Promotion.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to update, or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time, from time to time, or terminate the Promotion at any time, and without notice. The Promoter will not award the Prize if the competition is terminated. By entering this prize draw, entrants accept these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant for failure to adhere to these rules. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

11. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the entrant’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.

12. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened these terms and conditions, the
Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

13. Publicity. By entering this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if he or she is a winner, his or her surname and county may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. Winner may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation. If for any reason the winner does not wish for their name and county to be made public should they be a winner, they should email privacy@fanatics.co.uk within 24 hours of entering.

14. Liability. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty in relation to any prize provided. Except as specifically set out herein and to the maximum extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law are hereby excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we hereby exclude and shall not have any liability to any entrant or winner in connection with or arising out of this Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited prizes, damages and other liabilities, provided that nothing herein shall operate so as to limit or exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or liability for fraudulent misrepresentation. For all matters which can be limited by law, the Promoter’s maximum liability per winner shall be £500. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph shall also apply in respect of any prize provided by a third-party provider.

15. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

16. All of the Promoter’s decisions relating to the competition and/or redemption of the Prize are final. No discussion or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

17. The Promoter’s privacy policy can be found here: Privacy Policy . Other partners with whom we may share personal data include IT service providers, delivery companies, and business partners who help us to ensure the proper administration of the Promotion and associated services.

18. This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this Promotion.

19. Winner surname, city / county and country of residence available by writing to the Promoter within thirty (30) of the Closing Date unless such person(s) have withdrawn consent pursuant to clause 13 above.
